1) Call 979-836-4610 to schedule an appointment, or to leave a message to schedule an appointment.
2) To schedule an appointment online:
- Click button at the right
- Fill in the blanks. Select the type of treatment – treatment, or DOT, or New Patient (anyone not seen for 3 years or more).
- COMPLETE ALL BLANKS.
- Choose an available date and time from the list below the fill-in section.
- Click the green submit button on the web page, THEN....
- Check for an email from reminders@drchrono.com and follow all directions.
- Click the green confirmation button in the email or it will not schedule your appointment.
